Goji Berries are one of the oldest medicinal plants known to man, and they have recently burst into the health scene in the United States as the new “it” superfood.  We LOVE Goji Berries at the Naked Radish, and we know you will too!

What’s a Goji Berry:

Goji berries are the most nutrient dense fruit on earth and are native to the Himalayan Mountains. They are also called wolfberries (we think Goji sounds cooler though), and are a bright orange-red color. Surprisingly, they are a member of the nightshade family, which includes potatoes, tomato, eggplant, and peppers. Goji Berries have been used for generations as a culinary treat (they’re so yummy) and for all their health benefits as a nutritional powerhouse.
